This website was started in 2004 and consisted of a phpBB discussion board and a Moodle course management system. These ran smoothly for about three years, but from 2007 both were swamped with malicious spam messages and fake accounts.
Various counter-measures proved ineffective so all the material contained in the phpBB and Moodle sections has been archived, and a new and more robust Forum has been installed. It will begin accepting new registrations in the near future.
